Regulatory Matters/Agency Appeals
We represent people and companies with regulatory questions, including in challenges to decisions by administrative agencies.
We represent Connecticut homeowners who have suffered environmental harm to their property in court proceedings fighting the issuance of a zoning permit and in challenging violations of the Clean Water Act.
We represented a community organization fighting to preserve downtown’s Wagner Park from plans by the Battery Park City Authority to destroy it and build a new amphitheater-style park in its stead.
We helped secure $50 million in new funding to complete the Hudson River Park on the west side of Manhattan after a suit, brought at our prior firm, challenging improperly issued construction permits and seeking judicial review of multimillion-dollar procurement decisions by City agencies on behalf of municipal contractors.
